  After waiting 55mins for my order, when i called the restaurant - the guy says that my order is not prepared and will take another hour AND if i don't want it after an hour then told me to cancel. that was rude and ridiculous. it was already 10:15pm when they are telling me this. (THAT TOO WHEN I GAVE A PHONE CALL). SUGGESTION: NEXT TIME CALL BACK THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 5-10mins IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO DELIVER ON TIME. SO THAT ONE CAN ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  It's sushi, and it's at a ferry terminal. What more can one expect? At least that's more logical than sushi at an airport or the mall.

  Ordered to go and four out of my order was bad. Instead of hamachi- yellow tail, they gave white tuna. The eel was not cooked all the way, it was raw in the middle. The sauce on the eel was spicy not sweet like it is supposed to be. Eel is supposed to be cooked!! White tuna was so tough and not fresh. The seaweed wrap was tough and chewy which means it was not good. Should melt in your mouth and not be hard to eat. When I called to complain they said it wasn’t from them and they hung up. I don’t usually write reviews but the owners need to know their cook isn’t doing their job and their quality of service and food has gone down. I have been going to Robongi for years in Hoboken and this was very very low grade food. You can’t mess around with fish. You can get seriously ill and I hope they read this.
