  Went here to pick up a new pair of Birkenstocks for grill season and had an excellent experience so not sure where all the negativity in these reviews comes from. The store associate I nteracted with was professional and helpful. I tried on a few different style/ sizes and he was very accommodating as I decided what one to go with. Overall I was in the store for maybe 45 minutes max and I have no complaints at all. I ended up getting a quality footwear at a good price so 5 stars from me!

  Not only was Cyndi, the manager, a great gal to talk to, her and her staff are excellent people. I accidentally left a brand new phone in this store and they searched the bag and called the number on the receipt and said they would hold it for me! I know that doesn't seem like much but it means the world to me. I would come back not only for the great pair of shoes I bought but also the excellence of the staff. Thanks you guys!

  Bad experience with this place. I went to buy some rainbow sandals and the salesperson didn't take off the smart ink security tag.

  NO WARRANTY AT ALL!!! Think before buy! I bought boots for $120 which started to open in back side in less than 3 months, brought them back, they said can't help, bc they don't give any warranty on them, do whatever you want with those boots which weren't cheap and didn't survive even 3 months

  Came looking for a specific show that I been looking for a long time and they where they only store that had it in stock When I arrived the guy that was working was very nice and helpful he remembered me from the phone and knew that I was coming from far away to get my show and he was fast to bring out the shoe box for me to get back on my way and not get stuck in traffic for hours.shoe box
