  Very happy with the help I received from Attorney Noa and his assistant, Kathy (who did quite a lot to help me in multiple ways). Not only did they help me win my case, they helped make the entire process easier for me; they helped me every single step of the way and answered every phone call and question I had. They were also very honest with me, while also maintaining a very friendly business relationship. I couldn’t thank them enough!! Truly.

  Everyone told me that it was impossible to get disability due to my Late Stage Neurological Lyme Disease — that since doctor’s don’t believe in the disease that the courts don’t either.  Attorney Noa explained that my diagnosis wasn’t as relevant as my symptoms & documentation of them.  He explained that my doctors notes, my ability (or rather inability) to function independently, & my consistent effort toward improvement were what mattered most.  He also explained that it’s especially difficult to be approved for disability if you’re young & educated (I was both).  After a long battle, I won disability upon appeal after Attorney Noa appeared on my behalf in my hearing.  His years of experience were clear from the moment we arrived, he asked me leading questions (which are important if you’re neurologically impaired), kept me focused, & presented strong points opposing the court’s “expert”.  I’m thrilled that I won, I’d be in even worse shape without it… What set Rob (Attorney Noa) apart from the other lawyers I interviewed was that he was so patient & kind to me, when I was at my worst.  I’m eternally grateful for his help & highly recommend him to my friends who suffer with Lyme or other debilitating health issues.

  Attorney Noa represented me in my disability case last year... I suffer from Late Stage Chronic Neurological Lyme Disease, which is an illness that Social Security does not recognize (or most doctors for that matter). Not only did Attorney Noa chase down reports from all the doctors I'd been to & all of my hospital visits, but he was incredibly kind & compassionate at every step of the way. Likely because of my young age & the issues surrounding misconceptions about Lyme disease (most people think it's "no big deal"), my case was brought to an appeal hearing. What surprised me the most was that the person who had been so kind & compassionate in working with me turned into a shark when we got into the courtroom. I could not believe how effective he was. Needless to say, I won my award, & felt great about the awareness that we brought to the court about Lyme Disease. Since my case, Attorney Noa has become passionate about helping those in the Lyme Community, representing many of my friends who have Lyme & speaking at Lyme events. Whenever I encounter someone in the Lyme community who is no longer able to work (& there are many) I tell them to "talk to Rob"... Every last one of them has reached out to thank me :)
