  Their flower arrangement was exquisite and they really pay attention to detail...April was very helpful and accommodating.

  I ordered some flowers though the florist's website, a week later I got a voicemail telling we they won't deliver because of some wedding. No apology, just a request to call back. When I did call another person confirmed that my order won't be delivered on the scheduled date and when I asked if they would deliver it a day earlier I got "Yeah...I don't think so.." and an offer to recommend another florist in the area. Still no apology. I haven't gotten this kind of "couldn't care less" attitude from anyone I was paying money to since my last visit to DMV. I would not do any business with this florist in the future, neither would I recommend such rude and unprofessional establishment to anyone.
