::Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at any cost! This is my second year with State Farm. First year went pretty smooth. The nightmare began when it was time to renew the policy! I received a letter that I need to do a physical damage inspection. Within a week I stopped by the office and had an employee take pictures of my vehicle. I also mentioned that I need to submit mileage report in order to keep low mileage discount. The gentleman that was helping me reassured me that everything is taken care of and it will take two weeks to be processed. After two weeks passed and I realized that mileage discount was not applied I called the office. They told me another two weeks.. Then I received a letter saying that my physical coverage insurance was suspended. I call the office. They promise me it is not and that things are being processed. Two months later I received another letter saying that the coverage was restored. Clearly they were either lying to me or they don’t know what they are doing. The discount was not applied still. To make a long story short, five months later I am still overpaying for my insurance. Last month I was told that my pictures were never submitted and asked to wait another two weeks. Today I finally saw the discount being applied to my account. However I am still being charged $50 more for this month. On top of everything, calling this office is a nightmare on its own. They keep sending you from one department to another, promising to call you back yet they NEVER do!!!
