  OVERPROCESSED and OVER CHARGED. Complete waste of time and money. DO NOT DO IT! I came there wanting to make my roots and tips match. Not only did PANDA? not do that but she decided the best way to (not) do it was going to cost me an extra 150$. While “juggling” clients she left my super fine hair processing for 1hour 20 minutes and now not only is my hair an ugly color but it is fried. She offered to fix it but now I will just have to wait, pray, and moisturize this ugly mess till it grows out. PLUS IF IT TOOK 3 hours and 230$ to get here so I can not imagine what it would cost to actually get something I wouldn’t immediately put a hat on. FAIL

  I used Pepper Pastor for my wedding hair and am SO glad I did!! She made my down hairstyle last ALL day in the humidity, without it ever looking or feeling plastic/hard with hairspray. She is extremely reliable, quick, detailed and super friendly! Would definitely use for every future event!

  Lauren is such a dream, and the only stylist I've ever trusted to color my blonde hair! Her cuts are inspired, the salon is gorgeous, and parking is always a breeze.

  Hands down best salon in Austin. Amazing color and best men's cuts in town. Highly recommend.

  Pepper is the absolute best! It was my first time in, and she totally nailed the look that I was going for! On top of that, she has an awesome personality and made me feel super awesome about myself! I was in yhe chair for 2 hours but ot definitely didn't feel like it. I'm definitely coming back here to see her!!
