  ROAM is a unique co-work, co-living community. Residents stay for a day, a week, a month, and even a year. A National Historic Landmark (the century-old Miami River Inn), the beautiful grounds consist of four houses, a community kitchen, a pool, a grassy oval, and ample outdoor space to meet, mingle, and work. Indoors there is a community work space, library, art studio, meditation room, and laundry. But what makes ROAM special is the people who live there. They are diverse in age, interests, and nationalities, but share the common goal of making ROAM a fun, caring, ethical, and dynamic community.

  Awesome vintage building. Nice cats hang out there. Isabel the manager is very helpful & sweet person.

  My wife and I stayed there over the New Year and it was fantastic. The staff made us feel right at home, thanks Nick. The location is very convenient and environment friendly; comfy bed too. We look forward to our next stay!
