  Horrible shipping company. Hold shipments for several days before shipping and do not even care. Estimated delivery given is a complete lie.

  Scheduled pickup @ 8:15 am for same day pickup. Called @ 4:15 and said that pickup would not be until next business day which causes my customer to not get their items until after a long holiday weekend. 4 day shipping turns into 7 days and an unhappy customer on my end. When I cancelled their services the customer service person said "Ok awesome"

  Poor customer service, put me on hold for a total of 45-50 mins, didn't deliver/had my package for over a week before delivery.
