  I ordered my second Road ID after some life changes, so that should tell you that I like the product. It is simple, looks nice and is secure and durable. The darn things cost WAY too much for what they are, and the length of time between order and delivery is crazy long (weeks) since it is just a simple engraving on a piece of metal. I will likely continue to use them and re-order as my situation changes, but they should really consider the value and find a way to trim the delivery time dramatically.

  Simple to order, inexpensive but great quality. Fantastic customer service. I have 3 different road ID's now! Love them all! One was left at an outdoor soccer field for a few days on accident and when I found it, it was in perfect condition!

  Have only dealt with ROAD ID via web, email, phone. I am simply delighted. Communication has been awesome from chat on website, through several emails, and a phone call. The products are high quality. I purchased both a wrist ID and a neck dog tag style ID. Very happy with both. I did make a mistake on my initial order and was very happy with the very gracious resolution offered. I feel relieved to have my medical issues available to first responders/trauma workers. Just very pleased with this company. Highly recommend!!!

  Made my very first order with them during Black Friday Sale in 2017. Order was confirmed on Nov 28 with shipment to be sent in early Dec. However, due to typo error in the address (no fault of mine), it didn't reach me after weeks of waiting. Feedback to RoadID, they were quite responsive and agreed to send out a replacement order on Dec 28, which was shipped out on Jan 9 and finally reach me on Jan 22. However, the items received did not match my order. Was really disappointed and frustrated by all these screw-ups, especially for a first-time purchase (my other friends who ordered from them previously didn't encounter any problems somehow). Eventually, the manager of the customer service team reached out to me on Jan 26 offering full refund and replacements as compensation. I've finally received the correct items on Feb 3, more than 2 months after ordering them online. It wasn't one of the best experience I have with online purchases, but I'm glad RoadID is willing to acknowledge customer feedback and took action to rectify errors. (review updated on Feb 14)

  Great products...but their shipping is really bad. You pay extra for the shipping and it takes approximately 10 days to get your product after it ships! It ships through UPS Innovations (whatever that is) and then is handed over to the USPS...where it sits for days in my hometown. Then eventually gets delivered by USPS. For the $2.99 shipping charge they could ship it First Class USPS and it would arrive in 3 days and only cost approximately $2.00. I guess they have a 3rd Party shipping service...because they are too busy hyping their simple product. Service is everything in this type of business...they fail poorly in that area...even though they hype up their customer service. I guess this is why they need a good customer service department.
