  We had a great time. HOWEVER, they charged us 400.00 for a minor dent to the rear bumper, and I bought all insurance.. Really disappointing. The 10:30 drop off is a joke. We asked for more time, they said they were booked, they had 70 vehicles. I plan RV trips for schools, usually between 50-100 trips a year. This was a test of this company, and we will not be using Road Bear. Very dissatisfied.

  Next year will be our 12th time travelling with a Road Bear Motorhome, which says enough I think. Service is always great, motorhomes well taken care off, friendly staff at all rental stations, with our special favorite: Patrick Osl. If anyone knows good service and has the talent to make you feel like you are a very special customer, it's him.

  Nice and friendly service. Pickups and returns are really fast, even in high season. Spent there not more than 30 minutes. The only disappointing thing — they do not offer 100% coverage insurance, so drive carefully.

  NEVER AGAIN!!! First let's start with the LOCATION! They are located on the East Side of Las Vegas which is a ruff part of town. After delivering the RV we had to wait 2 hours before we could go to our hotel. There's no shuttle service, so be prepared to be stuck. The staff were friendly enough, except for Mr. Florian Henig was very smug and condescending but he did it very well with a smile. There's better options out there like Cruise America!
