    Had a great experience. I had multiple infractions to clear up. Rosina at counter 21 was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. And even though it felt like we would never finish she was very patient and polite. And yes at the end I received my permit. So thank you very much to all the staff at 136 blackstone

    I had a really great experience at the registry in HayMarket I want to thank Rosaria. She was amazing. Wonderful personality and so helpful. When I go back I hope she is the one that gets to take care of me.

    Despite the extremely long lines, the wait to be seen wasn't too bad (about 25 minutes). However, some of the employees here are not cut out for their jobs. Due to a filing mistake by an employee, a service that was supposed to take 15 minutes took over 4 hours. Luckily, thanks to the help of one of their (very few) competent supervisors, I finally got my issues figured out. This supervisor was actually pretty helpful and kind, so I am thankful I got her help. However, it was a major waste of time that could have been avoided if proper procedure was followed originally. If you're reading this to decide if you should go to this location, I'd reconsider. I'm positive you'll have a better experience at one of the many other Massachusetts RMVs.

    Waiting for over 3 hours...and their state wide system keeps crashing. The manager seems like a nice guy. Painful experience only made worse by poor IT. MA fails again...tax money at work?

    I arrived at the RMV at 9:45am. I waited for 3 hours for something that took about 2 mins to solve. They need to prioritize better and not have people with issues that can be resolved quickly waiting for hours. It causes customers pain & unnecessary frustration. Also employees can be much nicer to the public. I witnessed a lot of bad customer service & rude comments being said by employees while I waited to be called. This RMV just simply needs to do better.
