  Incredible, professional and honest service. Came by to fix a flat from a nail and they offer it for free. Wow, rare to get such a warm, neighborly service like this.

  As always, excellent and efficient work, superlative customer service, honest and trustworthy staff. So Ol' Bessie (194,000+ miles) had to go in for some pretty serious issues: noisy braking, stalling out, backfiring, irregular idling, white nasty-smelling smoke blowing out the exhaust. Ford systematically and correctly diagnosed the exact issues, addressed the regular maintenance stuff, and kept the repair bill as close as he could to the original estimate. Now Bessie runs clean and like new, accelerates and brakes with confidence, and gets better gas mileage: I'll never take her anywhere else. RMS, your work is worth every fair penny you charge. Thank you!

  RMS Auto Care is the best repair and maintenance shop that I have ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable and thorough. Glenn walked me through the extent of the damage of my car and gave me a fair priced quote. They repaired it quickly and kept me updated along the way. Definitely recommend!

  I trust RMS for all of my car repairs. They have great customer service and always give me a fair quote for repairs. They also do a special once a year for two oil changes for the price of one. The proceeds go to a nonprofit for at risk children.

  Seldom do I get fooled by people’s goodwill. Whether it’s a personal approach or a bussiness policy, you can’t go wrong when you get treated like you would like your mother to be treated. RMS Auto Care is that kind of place. They took me in right at closing time, fixed my flat tire and didn’t even charged me a penny for it. Allow Paul Lopez (service advisor) to explain this approach when you visit. His explanation will “wow” you. Thank you.
