  For a full week after spending an hour every morning on the phone with their office and many promises that the shipment will be delivered today still didn't receive it. The worsest service I ever had. Advise every body not to ship anything with this company if you don't want to lose your recipients.

  If it was possible I would give 0 stars. The fact that this company still operates is suprising. They do not provide any level of customer service. They will leave you on 30 minute holds then hang up. They lie about where your package is and then never show up on the date they scheduled with you !!!!! My package has been delayed for weeks and I paid almost 300 dollars in shipping.

  The definitive worst shipping company. Had 3 our of 3 deliveries go wrong with them. Never again.

  Have used their services 4 times now in the last two years and they have been great and their shipping prices for freight items are good. Have not had any problems.

  Driver showed up and refused to even attempt to back the truck up to our loading dock. Have had dozens of trucks do it before. This guy just took a quick look and flat out refused. He was a complete jerk and when I called and spoke to their dispatch he wouldn't push the driver to do it. Worst driver I ever experienced. fast forward three weeks later. I had called to speak with the manager. He assured me it would never happen again and they would never send that driver. Well, sure enough today that same driver showed up with a delivery had to be loaded in our dock. He backed the truck up and no problem. He was actually a really nice guy and I’m glad he came back again so we could shake hands and clear the air. He was just really nervous about doing it the first time.
