::My first shipment as a company.. They filled the bill of lading out wrong. They lost half my shipment. They don't claim responsibility for loss because client signed a "bill of lading" saying the package was delivered. (Bill of lading said 1 pallet, 2 boxes of 3 were delivered, one box must have fallen off somewhere) After multiple attempts to correct with management and other employees, nobody takes charge of my case. Nobody keeps me in the loop. On top of that they keep sending bills to me even though I paid for all of the shipment upfront. The check was cashed by them, but they are still trying to get more money. Don't know how this company is so large? How can they have any repeat business? Very disappointed. Its for 500 bucks so I don't know if its worth my time in court, but this company definitely need some lessons in ethics and responsibility. Live and learn I guess. I would highly recommend any other company in Tucson other than R&L. I wish they could gain my trust again, but Im far from that at the moment. Next step: other blogs, twitter, BBB and Tucson freight forums.

::I received a phone message late Thursday evening that I had a delivery to schedule. I phoned at 7am Friday and got a human who said my delivery would be between 8:30am and noon. At 3:45pm when I phoned the company I was told "the driver had fallen behind." "He would be here in two hours." The company who arranged the R&L Carriers delivery, efaucets, whom most people who have the misfortune of dealing with just want to hire an attorney, are consistent in their lousy deceitful business practices. They've hired a delivery company just like themselves. DO NOT do business with efaucets or R&L Carriers.
