  Soy madre de dos pacientes nuevos y la verdad.....El ambiente es tétrico, oscuro, algo descuidado y sucio sumandole a esto las que atienden lucen de mal humor que ni antoja preguntarles nada.....los dos doctores que me han atendido hasta hoy es lo unico que me ha dejado conforme.

  this is the worse clinic i’ve ever been to. the kids scream and cry and parents do nothing about it. i’ve been sitting in this goddamn chair for about 2 hours now and they have favorites as to who goes first. 0/10 would not recommend.

  Called with sick child got seen the same day. The wait wasn't as long as I had expected and the doctors were very nice explaining everything to an inquisitive and needle fearing 10 yr old. The place needs some up keep as it looks a bit run down. The waiting area was horribly noisy with dozens of gadgets at full volume , the staff did not address the problem.

  This place is worse than a third-world clinic. They treat low-income patients as garbage. The lost the blood work exam from my daughter, and did not bother to even call me back to inform me. I wonder how state and federal regulators allow these doctors and clinics to function given that their level of care is way below minimum standards.

  As a person who grew up with this clinic, it's true that this place makes the patient wait for about 3-5 hours even if you have an appointment and the receptionists are very nasty and not at all helpful. It takes ages to get the lab results as well. I've seen receptionists being utterly rude to the children's parents and children alike. I'm glad I am no longer required to attend this specific clinic. Riverside Pediatrics Group have other clinics where very few have the same experience as the Union City one. The only good thing I would have to say is that the doctors are very good and helpful but often times they are too quick and don't spend much time on patients.
