  Your blonde receptionist does not understand customer service. Just because someone isn't a customer today, does not mean they may not consider it tomorrow. She is rude to those visiting your establishment. Management should not condone this behaviour or you will eventually have a bad reputation. It seems you may have one already since there are 9 reviewers that gave your office 1 star.

  Constant problems with billing, incompetent doctors that you can’t even asked them a question related to your health. They overcharge the insurance company and if they don’t pay the whole amount they will send you a bill. I would never recommend this office.

  Constantly had issues with billing in that I would pay my copayment at time of visit and then a few weeks later receive a bill for the copayment. Back and forth calls from billing department and office staff resulted, not in problem being resolved as promised, but with my account being sent to a collection agency over $60.00 which was already paid. The collection agency wasn't interested in the receipt marked paid, they needed confirmation from Riverside, who kept promising to do it but never did. Finally I had to threaten my own court action to get the collection department off my back. Doctor, who I had been seeing for over 20 years, no longer had time to talk to me about my health. Instead rushed through exam and disappeared when I had follow up questions. Phone call to office about adverse reaction to prescribed medication, only spoke to nurse, wouldn't put doctor on phone so a different medication could be prescribed. Finally left practice after Riverside dropped, started up again and then dropped my health insurance. Never knew from one week to next if doctor was in network and as I had a condition that required monthly follows, this was needed information. Left practice after 21 years with doctor - never received a phone call asking why we left practice.

  This is a great office. The staff is very friendly. One thing we all need to understand, if you have an urgency, you need to go to the emergency room in a HOSPITAL. Can't just come a medical office with am emergency and complaint because theirs patients in front of you.
