  Worst office i have ever been too. Worst STAFF, Worst DOCTORS. My daughter has bad cough for about 5 months, Doctor was never able to DIAGNOSE anything. She sent us to 4 specialist for no reason, when we went back she stated i did everything i COULD. This is how you treat patient's ???? They forgot to give her FLU Vaccine. Doctors are so UNPROFFESIONAL, As a first time parent they will never tell you things. You ask them they give you answer otherwise they don't care. When i took her to new doctor my daughter got better within 7 days. THIS OFFICE IS ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND HOW TO SQUEEZE IN 3 patients AT THE SAME TIME. Thank God i changed pediatrician and we are happy with the new one.

  Doctor Michelle valdivieso is very rude I don't know why people like her can be a doctor I'm very disappointed with the service of this place

  Zero star is not there, that's why one star. This place sucks, receptionists are ridiculous. Poor service

  The place is extremely unprofessional with absurdly long waiting periods not just in the waiting section, but once you're in a room as well. You never know which doctor you're going to get, or if you're even going to get one. Due to this, the quality of who you get is never the same. This, as well as the waiting, which is rarely under an hour even with appointment, make this place worthy of zero stars. Will not be taking my children there anymore.

  Riverside Medical group is the BEST doctor group that I have ever visited. The staff is fantastic and always giving personal attention and care with me. Professionalism is one of their advantages over other groups. When you call them you get a person directly in the office who are always a help. The nurse practitioner Mona takes amazing care of my health needs. Originally started coming here 3 years ago under Dr August, who is now in Ridgewood, I will always be coming back.
