  Wanted to charge a one time fee to open an account as well as the $5 membership share (savings) account. I'm ok with the membership share (savings) to open because you get that back.

  It has been an amazing ride for all these years. Rivermark has always been extremely professional and service should be a " 10 " if ratings were given. Living out of the area, now in retirement, I won't give up my relationship with the financial institution that carried my family for these 34 years.

  Ann Smalberger is perfect!! Ann understood our crazy schedule stayed late and made signing so easy. She clearly, fully understands exactly what she does in that she was easily able to answer all of our questions in such a way that showed her care for us as customers.
