  Lousy Laundry! They used my credit credit card without authorization. I called my bank and had them removed from my file! They sure have some nerve!

  I would give zero stars if I could. They lost a batch of my clothes and not only denied it, but blamed me saying they returned it. When they found it one week later (they inadvertently gave it to someone else who thankfully returned it to them), they never verbally apologized or gave a future discount as an apology. Too many times they were scheduled to return the clothes the same day, only to not have my clothes returned until the next day, without informing me in advance. I won't be using them again!

  They "lost" my shirt and denied it, telling me I should check my clothes again. What a coincidence it was a Michael Kors shirt...
