  When you call I guess they only have one person that can help you if you have a prescription that needs some type of approval. I've call twice and that person is either at lunch or has not come in and I'm told to call back in a hour. I want my prescriptide transferred and they wanted me to contact the CVS and have them call them for the transfer. I don't understand why they make it difficulted to get your prescription.
