::I went to pick up a perscription for a bacterial eye infection. Apparently my insurance has a seperate perscription card thatncomes seperately. I was told i had the wrong card and to call my insurance company and get the pin group # etc. When i called n asked for the info the insurance company said why didnt the pharmacy call us immediately. I relayed the message i was told all he could say was agree but never tell me why he couldnt call since everytime i come before work theyre not open n when i come straight from work they r closed. I was late for 3 days trying to get thenperacription and now to find out they could have called n gotten the info faster than me. Have no more refills left n insurance has a deal with cvs to reduce the price to all perscriptions thats where ill go for medication.
