  The staff are very friendly. Very good selection of the usual chain pharmacy staples. The downside is that there is always a huge check out line and the sense of urgancy by the register staff is woefully lacking. So if you are unwell and need to grab some over the counter meds and get back home to bed quickly, this Rite Aide is not the place for you.

  The pharmacist in her late 40’s with the brown braids was very nasty and huggish. I asked one of the other pharmacist if the medicine in the basket is expired and he asked me why I asked that. She jumped in the conversation and was totally out of line. I reported her to the manager. I’ve been going there for years and never had a problem and all of the other staff is professional but that lady has issues.

  It's convenient and the staff is nice, but good Lord is this store understaffed! Expect to spend an eternity in a ridiculously long line for one cashier as other employees saunter around doing who knows what. As going to the pharmacy often involves some sort of medical crisis, this can be truly hellish and feels irresponsible on the part of Rite Aid.

  Took over 5 hrs to get a prescription filled. The pharmacy said it would only take 2 hrs....trash.

  It's a Rite Aid, so prices are good. As Seen On TV section is good. Takes a sec to respond to long lines by opening another register sometimes. If you're patient it's fine.
