  I was very Happy with my visit to this store on Sat 11/18/17. ABDUL the Manager was Very Friendly He helped me find what was looking for. I just moved around the area and because of his helpfulness and friendliness I will definitely be returning with my family. Great Customer Service Thank You so much Abdul.

  I️ had an amazing few minutes in the store. The staff member if I️ remember Angelica was really sweet and nice to us. She had a nice attitude towards us.

  Do not use this pharm. One min my perscription is $41, next time $29 and the 3rd time $41 again. All the same brand, same script and count. It's like they make up what they want to charge you. They also gave me a script with a faulty top. Inside the white cap is a clear plastic piece, I believe this is to make it harder for kids to open. Anyway, the piece was in upside down making it almost impossible to open. After a ton of elbow grease I got it open only to have my meds splatter everywhere. Most falling in my wet kitchen sink, thus losing and ruining my prescription. I tried contacting my doctor to get a new prescription which Rite Aid said they would honor but then they decided not to. My doctor also wouldn't even write the new prescription unless rite aid would honor it which they said they would. I'm going to write a review on her (my Dr) as well and her RUDE front office staff that everyone hates. They're also located in Fairfax right down the street. My advice stay away from Fairfax to do business (from 123 to Nutley Street). No body seems to care about customer service and basically tell you to go pound sand.

  I use the pharmacy here, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

  Ramen the assistant manager was very helpful with a giftcard amount adjustment since I had my receipt. Their English can be difficult to understand and the first male rep seemed unfamiliar with merchandise details and procedures. Clean-looking store. Fast service.
