::There's a lot of ignorant people walking around, some of these reviews sound like ignorance and stupidity. One guy sounds drunk...

::I dont care how far you have to go out of your way to get something, go anywhere but here....or go without...sadly RiteAid has no good stores near or in Seattle... Go to Walgreens

::I bought a pizza at this Rite aid and was damaged and expired. The lead goes by the name EJ was rude bad customer service and I wanted my money back which was $5.99 he told me he can't help me need to come back on tuesday . Then I ask that I was unhappy with his customer service he provided he told me to leave the store or he will call the cops ., Im not sure if he was mad because I wanted to file a complain and the only thing he could do is telling that I was rude and I needed to leave the store . I work the the towers few blocks from this store and was my first time going into this store the customer service I recevied was worse then I exprience in my life for a pizza $ 5.99 I was told that after tuesday Im not allowed to return in the store like he owned this store EJ needed to be training or fired for not hearing the customer needs and provide customer serivce as you stated on your receipt. Im very dispointed in the way I was treated by this cashier who doesn't understand his job and title. The point here is the way you provide a exprience of your store not of $5.99 I hope he will be fired I will contact you corp. Headquaters and file a complain so someone who care can correct this matter.unhappy customer
