  I’m really disappointed in this Riteaid. I’ve been living in Canarsie for many years and only once have I seen the store being managed correctly. Sadly it didn’t last too long and ended when the manager was changed earlier last year. The light skin young manager who was middle eastern (I could tell by his name that was on the window) had this store in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. It was cleaned, organized, well stocked and welcoming. He was very respectful, listened to his customers, and always out there on the floor working. The store was even opened earlier which was great and convenient at the time. Now it’s in the same shape I have always remembered it to be, HORRIBLE. It sad how great the store was, to turn around and be like this now. The store manager is barely seen in the store at all and it shows.

  The manager for this location needs to hire people badly. Long lines. Seriously, get your medications then get out.

  Want to buy something here, except a long wait at the cashier. No more than one cashier. If you're lucky you just might get two.

  I get to the door at 9:53pm and the worker (a male with a high top fade hair cut) is locking the door. I knock on the door and he tells me they are closed but yet they close at 10pm! I had 8 mins to get my stuff and go! The worst part is that he laughed as he was walking off. What kind of people you hire here rite aid?
