  Saw a guy steal some hairspray and none of the staffs did anything even though the alarms went off.

  Great place to pick up anything you need quickly. The line is usually short.

  Shopped here for years. Recently, upon ENTERING the store, the theft alarm went off (I'm an electrician, so certain tools in my backpack tend to trigger it). The so-called manager tells me to leave because he caught me stealing a Red Bull previously. After I demanded an explanation for the false accusations infront of the whole store, the "manager" replies, "uhhh, it was on camera, in another store, months ago..." I had squeezed out an apology from him, after explaining to him that publicly accussing customers based on such flimsy evidence is ridiculous. Apparently, it takes anyone with half a brain to manage a Rite Aid store. No common decency or social skills required.
