  Very bad customer service . I go there often to buy cigarettes. Cashiers who works there always give me without checking my Id. Today they Id me, and manager was very rude and bad attitude. He said by state law, I’m 30 years old, I don’t think I look like underage. The way how he talked to me was very unprofessional, he talked to me like I’m not a person. Please i want to let General manager know, if you see this, do some actions with your managers. I’m a customer I bring money for your company.

  My favorite Store, I have been there so many times! Great customer service they are really friendly. Thanks rite aid and thanks to Jocelin too what a kind and humble lady she was patient helping me with my plenti card.

  Great local pharmacy. I've been going to them for 10 years and not once in the many dozens of times using them have I had any issues. Glad to have them here in our neighborhood.

  Deceptive pricing: all discounts apply only after earning a number of points through some draconian game concocted by evil MBAs. Really disappointing to discover at the register that everything is more expensive than the price indicated.
