  People are In the pharmacy,they never called to let me know my daughter who has special needs medication was ready so when I called to find out if it was ready rather than answer the phone they had decided to pick up and hang up. By the the time I was able to get through the automated system they were closed.

  Had trouble with new insurance info and Mohammed, the pharmacy tech who answered to phone was awesome! He told me exactly what I needed and I found it and it he even signed me up for text updates when my prescription was ready. I find most clerks here are helpful, but it's a high traffic place dealing with many people who feel sick, it's easy to get frustrated when worried about sickness. Don't take it out on the clerks! Be patient!!

  I have never in my life stolen anything from anyone or anywhere at that, I walked into the cold section to grab some medicine when Josefina the cashier said over the intercom security be aware on aisle ___ don't remember the aisle number but I got so offended. Then to get followed around while shopping like I was some criminal was not okay. I go to pay for my stuff and again Josefina the rudest cashier I have ever encountered had attitude and was just plain out rude. Never have I felt so offended. Not going there again that's for sure!
