  Pharmacy: My 2nd time getting prescriptions here. Went in with a bottle (med a) from another location and the one (med b) from same location. I can understand some confusion the first time rolling things over and there was some with med a today. Resolved smoothly. Med B however, someone had changed the profile it was under. I have a first middle and last name. Initially it was thought it was under First - Middle Initial - Last name duplicate instead of First-Last. Someone had flopped my first and last names completely between the last time I got them here and now. I was also told to come back in 20 mins. That one medication (b) was not in stock.
