  Wow! The Best knowledgeable staff. This is my new connection' At the pharmacy. Names to ask for Bete' Lucia' and Esther. These three individuals serve this location very extremely well. They will go out of their way to help people in need. Real true heroes. Extremely pleasant. Our senior citizen Location just Love Them.

  Can’t imagine a store being worse. Staff does not care. Manager should be ashamed. Corporate should be aware of the damage this location is doing to their brand.

  New security guard they hired. She keeps following me around the store, trying to play some card. I'm browsing for hair products then she suddenly comes at me aggressively saying, "Excuse me. Rite Aid closes at ten! So what are you gonna BUY?" Just like that. What the hell? Mind you, I'm not the only one still browsing for stuff so she's singling me out for zero reason. As I'm typing this she's still following me around and staring me down. Avoid this place at all costs. She's an older security guard so if you see her take your chances lol. She may not bother you if you're male or in a group with other people. Beautiful. Until she's gone I'm avoiding this place like the flu. I also have video proof of this encounter as well. I could have shown it to them but did not due to my thinking her voice wasn't clear enough in the video. Now that I'm sitting in quiet I realized that you can clearly hear what she says towards the end and you can hear the aggressiveness in her tone as she says "What are you going to BUY?" So should I go back and show this as proof? Who do I give this video to? I'm giving it to someone through here.

  Friendly and informative on the phone and quick and helpful in person, the pharmacists here are great!

  Short-staffed, painfully slow lines at peak times. But very nice employees, and good prices if you get the discount. The line at the registers is often 5-10 minutes long, and there's usually nobody in the aisles who you can ask for help. In other words, this place is usually short-staffed, and it's especially frustrating during peak times. That said, I've spoken to the people at the registers when I needed help, and they're typically really, really nice. Especially the lady with the curly hair, who probably ought to be a manager if she's not already, and the young girl who sometimes works with her. Same with the pharmacy -- one time I was *that guy* with so many questions (sorry!), and they took the time to thoroughly help me out. As for the lady on the chair that another reviewer mentioned, she's pregnant. That's probably why she's allowed to use a chair, which never happens otherwise, and that's probably why she asked if you could move your stuff towards her. I guess she should have said "sorry I can't get up", but then you noted that she seemed apologetic afterwards. I had a similar experience to yours where she seemed kinda rude at first but then she was nice. As for being pricy, they can be, but if you go there often enough, you can qualify for an automatic 10%-20% off everything, at which point they become the cheapest store in the neighborhood for most things. (Except 20oz drinks, which are still overpriced.) Because the staff is so nice, and the prices are great with the discount, but senior management keeps them short-staffed -- 4 stars!
