  Every time I go in to pick a prescription and its one they fill every month they never have it filled and I call before I go there. There not that busy I'm moving all my med to Walgreen's there not very nice and never smile or say thank you have a good day.

  This morning I had to make a quick stop by a store so I stop at Rite Aid it was 8a.m and the door was still close I stood there​ for 10 min watching the cashier not even realize there was a costumer outside after no response I simply drove ​off to another store

  Most of the staff are very friendly and professional. The 3 stars are because of one particular lady, who always has a frown on her face and never says "THANK YOU." Newsflash honey, you have a job because of the CUSTOMERS! Without customers, a company succumbs to the ever changing economy, as we've seen with other large & small companies. I know people have days that may not be the best, but every time I see her, the attitude is the same.

  great staff
