  Pharmacy staff was always nice to me and filled my prescriptions promptly. Only reason I switched pharmacies is because my insurance no longer covers rite aid. I will say, though, that about 90% of the time there is a homeless person outside asking people for money. Really irritating, but not the store's fault. Security will make them leave if alerted.

  Cashiers and general staff can be helpful or not.... But the ***pharmacists and pharmacy staff *** are competent, kind, engaging and knowledgable!

  I'm a college student and there are no pharmacies within a (safe) walking distance from campus so I took the street car to this Rite Aid to use their pharmacy. Not wanting to have to return another day, I asked if there was any way they could complete the order in the same night. At home, it takes about 24 hours for them to process this prescription but they did it in 45 MINUTES!!! and with a smile too! I had a great experience, I love this pharmacy!

  This is the closest Rite Aid to my home and each time I go in it's the worst experience I've ever had. After the last time, I will be switching to Walgreen's, it's a little further but there aren't homeless people eating noodle bowls outside the front door and the cashier's aren't always on their cell phone. I'll take the extra distance...
