  I bougt 2 Nestle 28 bottles package that was on sale, the registry said to me that i could take one at that moment and get the other one later or another day. After couple days I returned to get the other package, I was told that the water was not on sale at the time and that i should pay the difference. All of this was said to me by the same register that told me to return to get it. Horrible customer service.

  They seriously need more workers. Some of the products look expired and they barely restock. Going to go to a different location. It’s been like that for years!

  The Pharmacist, Gregory, was super helpful with whatever I needed and all my questions. He even offered (and did) to come to my work to give flu shots to my coworkers!

  I had to run here for an emergency prescription for my son who had a chest issue. The pharmacist was great, and really took care of me quick. Sometimes you go into these places and the lines are long because the workers are slow. This was not the case here. Thanks Rite Aid

  I also had bad experiences with most Rite Aid locations including this one-especially through their pharmacy. I rarely give any Rite Aid location any business because of their unprofessionalism & false pre judgments of customers. There is always a fussy, miserable self indignant supervisor or manager on site for you to argue with if you like that. In the Bronx you can always expect bad customer service especially @ their pharmacy. So if you can transfer your prescription to their competitor Rite Choice do it & just keep away from Rite Aid all together.
