  Staff are normally very friendly and helpful. But I had a problem.... Rite Aid appears to have purchased a passport camera that makes people's heads 2 mm taller than the State Department will accept. I had a passport photo taken here and the size of my head in the photo was 2 millimeters too tall to be accepted by the State Department. When I returned to Rite Aid, I explained to the person in charge and she told me that their camera only takes photos that are of the size I had. I explained that the size of the photo was good, but the image of my head needed to be smaller. I even suggested that the photographer take a step back so that my head would appear smaller. She refused to have the photo retaken and returned my money. I had to find another location to get a photo. How can Rite Aid purchase passport cameras that enforce an image of a head to be too large for a passport?

  The pharmacist was friendly, kind, and great! We were able to get in and get flu shots quickly and she was great with kids

  The pharmacist that opened today (forget her name) was amazing! Super quick at getting some meds for my son.

  Miserable pharmacy experience. Youmbi has poor customer service, talks to you from behind a wall rather than coming around the corner. Proper communication goes a long way
