  It is what it is. People whine and complain about so much but I have also seen quite a few folks load up on merchandise they don't plan on paying for and walk right out the door. Anything being taken is not worth a life. I personally have been helped with a smile on many occasions and can say without a doubt that I'd never want to put up with the abuse they get from many patrons they get. I don't care about anyone circumstances in life, everyone deserves respect and can offer that in return.

  Nasty, swarms of bums or drug addicts and it wasn't an NA meeting! 😕 I felt uncomfortable having strangers staring at me like these bums do, so I've decided to just go get whatever I need elsewhere. The unsavory ( to me ) refugee looking people have just as much right to shop there as anyone else, and it's obviously okay with the mgmt, so since I don't get a thrill being around them....it's my issue to seek a more pleasant store to patronize and drop my "moola"$$$

  Store Hours are not accurately listed on the web. Multiple times I've checked to see if they are open, then arrive to find them closed.

  I have experienced several instances of passive harassment while shopping at the Rite Aid on 4th and Wall in Seattle. I have been literally stalked by Rite Aid management on several different occasions and today, I had to leave my sick bed to buy cold medicine. One 12 ounce bottle of Day Quil/Night Quil. At the counter, I was informed that I would need an I.D. to purchase these items and management was called. Management informed me that this was standard procedure for all drug stores in the Seattle area. I went home, got my I.D. and proceeded to the nearest Walgreens. Walgreens did NOT require me to show an I.D. for my cold medicine purchase! Like I said, racial harassment seems to part of this particular store's culture. Racially profiling customers does NOT provide a safe and pleasant shopping experience for citizens of color. Needless to say, I will be taking my shopping elsewhere!
