  These Rite Aid employees are very friendly and even greet me by name. There are pharmacies closer to where I live, but I'll continue going to West End because they make me feel so welcome. Thanks!!!

  I've been filling a prescription here for five years and have grown to love each of the pharmacists. I have several other locations closer to my house but will continue to drive out of my way just for the friendliness of this location. 6/5 stars, hands down.

  Best ever. Employees are always friendly and helpful and they remember you when you're a repeat customer. It's clear that management has the right priorities. Pharmacists are great too! It's almost like living with a neighborhood store where people know your name, which is a quickly disappearing phenomenon these days :)
