  My aunt has been going to the Rite Aide on 198th street for years but only because she is disabled. If she wasn't she would go to another location. This location never has the sale items stocked. Even on the first day of the sale. The items are messy and unorganized, there is always a long line due to there only being one cashier and it has a bad smell. I went with my aunt yesterday 5/15/2018 and the cashier was talking on her cellphone with her mother while she was tending to customers at the register. The manager was right there and said nothing. In conclusion, tbis store needs better management and more employees. My aunt is a person who needs certain OTC items but can rarely find them at this Rite Aide. I.would give 0 stars is it was an option!!! Horrible!!

  The shelves are always half-empty. Not well organized.
