  Very bad customer service at the pharmacy department specially!!!$ people wait for too long and when you can't go to pick up your meddicine and you have to send somebody else to pick it up for you they charge the people double or charge them for random things and when you call them to complaint they are like oh im sorry you can come and return it but only today!!! Its a huge storm today and i called them i let them know that i only needed the one of the 2 meds that they had for my epileptic daughter because she is in a diet and can not have sugar and the one of the meds have sugar..i said i don't want that ..my father went there and they gave him both of the meds and charged him for both of them...and i called them i complaint and they said i had 2 hours to return it (seriously its a storm heloooooww) its 20 inches snow how will i be able to walk while its still snowing?!!!.......guys if you have health issues make sure that you get assigned to a different pharmacy , i don't understand why some people still have a job!!

  The pharmacy is full of incompetent people. My script was sent over Feb 26th. Walked in my name was looked up and she stated the medicine was to be order to please come back in next day. Walked in today March 13th and my script was not filled and on top of that the dumb Indian lady (barely spoke English) kept repeating I don't even have a script on file. They need to start communicating better of I was asked to come back by 1 lady then the next says no script was in. Instead of get in to fix what was going on she brushed me away. I wish I can give NO STARS. ALREADY CHANGED BACK TO CVS THANKS FOR NOTHING RITE AID.

  Staff is helpful and pharmacy keeps long hours (usually open until 9pm) and store is well stocked. There is also a parking lot which helps living in NYC!

  The printing machine for photos doesn't work. I went yesterday and asked, and the workers told me it does work and I can print up to 100 pictures. I went today and the woman told me to get my own cable to connect my phone. I went back home and came back and then the women tells me that the machine does not work at all for quite a while now. Why couldn't she tell me that yesterday? Or before she send me home? And then they told me to go to the rite Aid under the train station because that one has a printer too. When I went there, the machine also does not work and the workers were ignoring me. The employees lack basic communication and I have never been this disappointed in customer service from any store at all.

  Fast and efficient pharmacy. Convenient location. As I'm waiting for my prescription I can walk around the area and do some shopping. friendly staff and great customer service
