  Poor customer service, employees don't know basic rite aid policies.

  Always crowded, nice to have a rite aid for convenience but constistantly such long lines/wait

  The line is always, ALWAYS horrendous at this store, and the staff is utterly apathetic. Avoid like the plague.

  Tess has been employed by Rite aid for a number of years. She works in the pharmacy and I find her to be caring, efficient and knowledgeable. I am a retired nurse and has been going through detoxification for dental material. I discovered that I was sensitive to titanium dioxide that is an inert ingredient in a lot of medication. Once I told Tess, she automatically checks my prescriptions as they come in.When I pick up my Rxs,even if she is doing something else she informs that she checked and there is no titanium dioxide. It is so reassuring to know that she is monitoring my Rxs.

  The lines are great here! Plenty of interesting, well spoken people to meet, with plenty of time to converse. Bring a book, or two, you'll finish them them here!
