  The woman rudely asked for my son’s birthday (who is an adult) when he was buying cold medicine. She asked “When was your birthday?” as a greeting without any explanation. She just repeated the question when we asked why his birthday mattered.

  Worst Rite Aid in NYC. Disgusting dirty place with terrible customer service on the front desk. The pharmacy at the back is fine. Such a shame at the other one on Smith Street is really nice. This place needs a total makeover.

  This is easily my second favorite rite aid in the city. They have a rest room, thank god. Its very close to the subway.

  Mostly dirty, worn-down, super-expensive, cr@ppy products... jaded, depressed cashiers.. It's a depressing experience. The pharmacy section is slower than a sloth. There are zero customers around and two people behind the counter. You put in a prescription and they will tell you it will take half an hour to fill it (a simple antibiotics prescription), only to text you in 7 minutes that's it ready after you left because you didn't want to wait half an hour... moronic. There has got to be a better way.
