  this is the most low class store in brooklyn the workers have no manners and respect with out my service they do not have a job please retrain to understand this.

  I always had good experiences at this Rite Aid. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The pharmacy is swift and efficient. The store is well-stocked, clean, and easy to navigate. I recommend it.

  This is the worst rite aid. I went inside to buy items. This place is not customer friendly. The workers are rude and disrespectful. I had to paid towing fee and for shopping with rite aid. Especially the manager was rule and disrespectful. His words are "I DONT GIVE A F**K ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY AND GET OUT OF MY DAMN STORE." My advice is people who are shopping at RITE AID stop. People Don't be a victim like me!!!!

  Disgusting. There were roaches in my shopping bag and came out immidiately when I reached in the bag. I called to complain they did nothing but say they never seen it. First off I don't give a rats if you never seen it SIR I did !!!! He said I don't know what you want me to do about it. Well for one you could apologize just out of human decency. Disgusting. No solution offered. I've called the health department and 311. Beware and check your bags and yes I have photos!!!

  The items are well stocked, you always find what you need, employees are very helpful and the lines move quickly. The services have significantly improved.
