  Called this Pharmacy to figure out why a patients medication wasn’t being covered, they said her insurance “wasn’t working”. Called her insurance for them to tell us that her insurance is active and they do cover her medication. The lady Pharmacist I spoke to was very rude, aggravated and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. As health care professionals we are supposed to work together; Not be ignorant because of an error you made.
