  Never in 24 years have I ever wrote a bad review or called corporate on a very rude employee who calls herself SALMA. The reason being is that rite aide, Walgreens, and other big chains do accept Apple Pay as a form of payment, however in my emergency where I didn't have my card handy but did have it in my photos and in Apple pay registered and with the pin of course because I'm not doing fraud given I've used the card all day and it has my family name on it. I tried purchasing a few medications over the counter as I was feeling sick, but this rite aide has a broken Apple pay machine or whatever as it declined me many times according to Salma. Nevertheless, this happened to me a few times before with broken apple pay machines as this is the only rite aide it occurs at no matter how much you address the issue repeatedly however. But you can enter your card manually if you need to pay which I did many times when it has not worked in other locations. I told Salma this and she said no, having a huge attitude even though it would solve the problem and the transaction would go through as I called my bank and it was just fine. She refused, and gave snide remarks, called over an employee who was not present in the situation just to tell me I couldn't enter it manually when this other employee had a deer in the headlights gaze before Salma TOLD her HOW TO EVEN SPEAK with no input of her own. My girl friend asked when leaving what the attitude she had was from, and was told"I have no attitude. You should check yours" when we were genuinely seeking help. So, angry as heck I went to another rite aide not far and bought what I needed with Apple pay and it worked there right away with pleasant service not thirty minutes or less after. Not to mention the rite aide salma works at has her employees running around enjoying themselves on the floor, having huge lines, and not saying hello or apologizing for the wait. Also having friends visit and talk about things I wish not to discuss here. I'm glad because I got what I needed from the rite aide that has working machines at the other location, but angry at the cockiness, yelling, sarcasm, no wish to help the customer when I showed her along with my girlfriend the history of my apple pay transactions that went through only hours before, and yet still she couldn't enter the card manually like every other store I've been to literally when Apple pay didn't work in case of an emergency. Which I had one with severe nausea trying to get medicine and later threw up suffering from that stress and the cause of her actions when a nearby rite aide worked it out right away. I'd strongly stay away from this employee and she really needs training again on customer professionalism, and this rite aide needs to fix their machines as they are the only ones currently now that can't conduct a simple apple pay transaction, so why have it at all and why treat the CUSTOMERS that way. Maybe her eyebrows are partially sharp, but that does not make up for her attitude or brain. Thanks for the immense stress, unprofessional, and talking behind our backs as we left after all the "help" you provided SALMA.
