  My wife and I have been doing business with Rite Aid for over 14 years. The pharmacy is absolutely amazing. Elizebeth, Megan and the pharmaceutical staff are so helpful and have gone over and beyond in ways that we never imagined. We have bought other items from them, until today. 2 weeks ago I bought hair color for my wife along with her medications. I didn't keep the receipt only because they pile up quickly, but my wife changed her mind and I brought it back for a refund. I saw an employee (turns out she is the manager) and explained to her that I wasn't sure if I purchased them here, she looked at the boxes and said yes, you did. I went to the register and the lady asked for my receipt and I explained to her I didn't have it and how I just bought them 2 weeks ago. She said, " I'm sorry, but with no receipt, I can only give you back HALF what you paid, because I don't know if they were on sale or not." I told her what I paid and she told me about store policy and she wouldn't refund me what I paid per box. Results? We will never purchase anything from Rite Aid again, except for our prescriptions. It irked me that this store would think that I would lie about what we purchased and spent. We spend about a thousand dollars a yr. there. We buy things there because of convenience as well as price. Not anymore. Shame on Rite Aid. Again, we will buy our prescriptions there, because of the high quality of service from the pharmaceutical staff, but nothing else. Walmart, here we come !

  Friendly, personable, and helpful pharmacy staff. The store itself is large and has a large supply of goods, always in stock.

  Never have my medication in stock, always have some BS reason why I can't fill a prescription. Overall completely incompetent operation in terms of the pharmacy. They've had once prescription for over a week telling me itd be ready today, well just got a call, they dont have it in stock. So they've known about it for over a week but never ad the sense to order the medication. NEVER USE THIS JOKE OF A PHARMACY
