  On the top of super slow service at the store the pharmacy has been a huge disappointment. They gave me my sons antibiotic in powder... When I called them to ask what am I supposed to do with it, they told me they FORGOT to mix it. Then they said it's not a big deal and to just ad water to it... I changed the pharmacy immediately and will not be returning to this store.

  I have been going to this pharmacy for almost two years. I know the pharmacists that have been there for that time, they know me and recognize me immediately when I walk in. So it came as a shock what happened today and why I will be immediately changing my pharmacy. I dropped off my prescription yesterday. All of sudden even though they received a fax prescription, and my bottle said I had one refill left, they won’t fill it because they “don’t feel comfortable”. And the manager (Kareem, because I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager) was INCREDIBLY rude and told me to stop asking why they wouldn’t fill it. I asked him to stop being rude and he just continued with his tone. So I asked for his name and told him I’d be filing a complaint. Not only did I have perfectly legitimate backup for this prescription, but I also was not explained why they were not comfortable filling it. Because I was not allowed to ask why. I already switched pharmacies.

  Things are positive now at this store. Pharmacists have been really nice over the past 6 months. Just had a great experience with Abrihm. Last time had a lovely experience with 2 of the other pharmacy staff. This is a big and welcomed positive change from the past. Keep up the good work at the pharmacy and thanks for paying attention to the customers. :-)

  Amazing services the pharmacy doctor Karim Ibrahim and Caroline Gadlla is very helpful and knowledgeable and they go extra mile to help customers. I will never go to any other pharmacy than riteaid and the stuff is very nice and helpful.

  Tracy is the Best, She is updated on info & Very Polite. The rest of the Pharmacy have Bad attitudes.. Peter Johnson
