  The people in the pharmacy are rude and would not help me with transfering my meds. I will no longer do business with rite aid

  The Worst Customer Service, The Worst Checkout lines w/usually ONLY 1 checker. And Their ice cream counter is not a priority, not even during summer or HEATWAVES.. Prepare urself for long waits at checkout, Pharmacy and Ice cream counter..

  The store is clean but they don't follow through on their merchandise. I purchased a Libman Roller mop for $25.99. The sponge ripped so I went to buy a replacement. They carry replacement sponges for all of the other sponge mops that they sell but not their most expensive one. I asked if they were going to get the sponge replacements in any time soon. They told me to check in a few days because they would be receiving a delivery then. I went back to check and they did not have the replacement. The clerk that works there said that they may not get it in stock because they only sell what they have on the shelf. I also tried the Harbor City Rite Aid and same story there. I'm very upset because I may end up having to purchase another mop. This $25.99 ended up being a one-time use mop!
