  Always backordered, customer service is lacking to say the least.

  Went there today and was greeted by a very nice woman. Store is very clean and the staff is respectful to it's customers.... Companies could learn a lot from this rite aid on customer service.

  I've been coming to this pharmacy for 9 years but within the last year or so I have seen a decline in the customer service that is provided to me. Today being the most recent occurrence and it is the final straw. I will not be coming back here.

  Need more cashiers. To long of a line for a store to be in and out

  I have always had a pleasant experience at the Rite Aid in Tierrasanta Blvd San Diego,CA 92124.
