  The pharmacy department is extremely unprofessional and rude. The worst is Linda Molino. Shes the old lady with the glasses who is the worst along with the younger pharmacist. Never been more embarrassed by these women in my entire life. Don't ever pick up medication.

  Just nasty lady who where’s glasses. I have no idea how she could work here dealing with customers. maybe it’s time to retire. The other people are pretty nice. I don’t like coming here when she is here.

  I've used this rite aid to pick up prescriptions and depending on which pharmacist was in was the difference between a pleasant experience and a tougher one. Sometimes it would take forever and they make it seem like you're bothering them. And sometimes they are very pleasant and more than willing to help with whatever you need. Making purchases in the front sometimes takes a little while, it could be faster. The place is neat and clean as it should be for a rite aid and there is always parking and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of stock in this location as well. Overall a mixed bag it is also a great location right on Franklin avenue.

  Horrible customer service. Tried to place a photo order. Waited a month because the manger kept saying next week. Went in. Told me it was never placed. Manger with a terrible smug and attitude reluctantly help place a new order. Now waiting another month for my wifes wedding anniversary picture. Saw employees make fun of an autistic child. Pharmacy is incredibly rude. No one looks genuinely happy to work there. Terrible place over all. Avoid this store. Go up the road to the cvs.

  This is rite aid bed i see in my life i be in there 9:57pm which is closed 10:00 front of me one costumer, i ben in side and lade terabal girl tell me how is front of me is lost costumer i tray to bay Madison for my mom this is bad stop i see in my life And this girl tell me she is manager for store this is terabal store i see in my life
