  I happened to pass by Rite Aid about an hour ago and was extremely shocked at the behaviour and attitude of the cashier by the name of “Krys”. Upon my turn, I greeted her with a “Hi” which went unanswered. I enquired about a few products to which she said that “how would I know”. Further to my agony, I asked her for a poly bag for one of the products, which she didn’t bother wrapping and kept it at the counter as it is, she handed me a tiny bag which was one fourth of the size of the product (an Easter bunny). She made me extremely uncomfortable and I’m beyond shocked at this experience. I am afraid to say this that I see this as a racism towards my ethnicity and race. I expect a little courtesy from Rite Aid as this has been my go to store, i would be scared to visit it again anytime.

  Pharmacy staff is awesome!! In fact the whole store staff is friendly and helpful

  Nice clean place,staff too is helpful.but the opening times are misleading,the pharmacy opens only at 9 am.

  They re did the store after is was bought out by another pharmacy chain. The store is very clean and organized. There is plenty of parking. the pharmacy is always stocked, and if they don't have something, they will get it for the next day. The pharmacist is always pleasant and helpful. They can also call you to renew your prescription when due. I have no complaints.
