  Rise up it's an incredible facility to work out. It has it all under one roof. Pilates, strength, boot camps and boxing. I've been training with Bruce for 2 years and at Rise Up since January and I couldn't be happier. Ive gone down pant sizes and see my body toning up. Such a great feeling!! I've had obstacles on the way and Bruce has been so supportive helping me get back in to it and adjusting certain work outs for my injuries.

  Bruce is a fantastic teacher, so much fun, my ohysical conditiobs changed after one week already, lost in that week 20pounds and love his wise boxing instructions Great instructor!!!!
